K.IT is a Perth-based managed IT provider with roots in regional Western Australia. We started in Kalgoorlie — supporting mining contractors, healthcare providers, and local businesses across the Goldfields — and we've brought that same operational discipline to Perth.

Our ten-person team has over 30 years of combined experience across infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and business IT. We're not a call centre — when you contact us, you deal with the people who actually do the work.

Our managed services agreements are typically 12 months, which gives us the structure to properly manage your environment. That said, we don't use contracts as a retention tool — if we're not delivering, we'd rather have that conversation than hold you to paper.

It depends on the scope we agree on, but typically: remote monitoring and management of your devices, helpdesk support during business hours, patch management, antivirus and endpoint protection, Microsoft 365 management, and regular reporting. We scope each agreement based on your actual environment — not a generic package.

For managed clients, we target a response within 2 business hours for standard issues and faster for anything affecting operations. We're a local team — you're not going into a queue managed offshore or by someone who's never seen your setup.

Yes. We handle transitions regularly. We'll document your environment, work through any outstanding issues, and manage the handover so there's no gap in support. The process is straightforward as long as your current provider cooperates — which most do.

Yes — Microsoft 365 is a core part of what we manage for most clients. This includes licensing, user management, email, Teams, SharePoint, and security configuration. We also work with Azure and hybrid environments where relevant.
